2024 — Branding / 3D — Cinema 4D, After Effects
MUGLER – Les Exceptions is a collaborative CGI product project developed as part of a group assignment focusing on luxury fragrance storytelling through 3D visualization. The project explores three perfumes from the Les Exceptions collection, reinterpreting their identities through a cinematic and material-driven approach. Created with Abane CACHACOU, Joanna PRIGENT, and Aymeric BRICOUT, the work translates the sensory and conceptual world of each fragrance into a series of stylized 3D compositions, where form, texture, and light are used to express distinct olfactory universes.
Project Process
The project was structured around the definition of three distinct biomes, each designed to reflect and amplify the identity of one fragrance. Based on the specific components and material inspirations of each perfume, these environments were individually developed to create clearly recognizable visual worlds. Each biome translates the essence of its corresponding scent into a unique spatial and atmospheric language, allowing the collection to be experienced through contrasting yet coherent sensory universes.
